Spring Bank Hoilday 23rd, 24th and 25th May |
Cruise North, Amble, Newton, Farne Islands. The bird life on the Farnes is stunning at this time of year. |
12th Evening 13th and 14th June |
Cruise North Blyth Friday night and north to anchor at Newton, the tide is good for Amble if the weather is not right for Newton.. |
3rd, 4th and 5th July |
Trip to Whitby, Friday Night cruise to Hartlepool or Whitby or even anchor in Runswick Bay Saturday, returning Sunday. This event may co-incide with the NECRA Whitby Overnight race. |
4th to 18th July Two week long distance Cruise |

23rd August (Sunday) to 31st August (Monday)The Northumberland Muster |
Cruising on the Northumberland and Scottish Coast. Possible visits, Amble, Newton, Beadnell, Farne Islands, Holy Island, Berwick, Eyemouth, St Abbs Dunbar. This can be a challenging week if the weather is unkind, and is open to well equipped boats correctly crewed |

For boats participation in the inshore cruising programme, that's the weekends and the Muster, the boats should be equipped to category "B" . For boats participation on the longer cruise, that involve overnight offshore sailing Category 'A" equipment is recommended. Link to recommended Safety Gear.
A list of the Coastguard MMSI numbers which will be useful to members with a DSC VHF radio.
