Meet at 11:00am rigged and ready to go on the water.
The day run as follows:
11am - meet short theory session
11:30 - launch and on water exercise
12:30 - lunch
13:15 - short theory session followed by on water session
15:00 - Finish
Focus:
Race starts and the first leg.
Please book a space so those coaching know who and what sorts of boats to expect.
