About Us

Sunderland Yacht Club is located on the seafront of Roker Beach, next to The Old North Pier in Sunderland. With the clubhouse being placed where it is there are is a welcoming atmosphere with attractions on Marine Walk and beautiful panoramic views from inside and out. However, out on the water looking back at the coast and the docks it is a sight to behold. With sailing commencing most Wednesday's Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's there is no better place to be. Onsite we have a range of facilities including:

• Bar/Function Room (download room booking form here)
• Showers
• Changing Rooms (with Secure Lockers)
• Cruiser/Dinghy Wash-down Area

The Bar is Open:

• Wednesday - 6pm until 11pm
• Friday - seasonal
• Saturday - 12pm until 6pd
• Sunday - 12pm until 6pm

The Galley is Open:

• Wednesday - 6pm until 11pm
• Saturday - 12pm until 6pm
• Sunday - 12pm until 6pm
