Sunderland Yacht Club Roker Regatta 2023 - incorporating SB20 Northern Area Championships
Building on the success of last year's event, the Sunderland Yacht Club Roker Regatta will be back on 15th and 16th July. This year the event also incorporates the SB20 Northern Championships.
As in 2022, the event will consist of five races over the two days across three classes - 1, 2 & 3 (white sails) - with prizes on offer for all races and the class overall winners.

Entry to the event is £30 (£20 for full SYC members), bookings should be made by logging into the website and using the above event page link.
In addition to the sailing, there will be evening entertainment in the bar from 7pm, courtesy of George Pallas, with acoustic covers of rock and indie classics by the likes of Oasis, Stereophonics, Bruce Springsteen and The Rolling Stones. There will also be hot and cold food on offer from the galley throughout the weekend.
Regardless of whether you're a newbie or a salty sea dog with years of experience, the event will be fun for all who take part or come along to support.
